At Pipeline Roast Co., we work hard to serve our customers quickly. Orders are roasted, packed, and processed as soon as they come in so you can get your coffee and gear without delay. Because of this, all sales are considered final.
That said, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you absolutely need to cancel an order, please contact us right away at pipelineroastco@gmail.com with your order details. While we cannot guarantee cancellations once processing begins, we will do everything in our power to stop the order before it ships.
Once an order has been roasted, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your customer account or by emailing us directly.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be submitted before your renewal date.
Any subscription order that has already been processed will still be fulfilled, but no future orders will be charged once cancellation is confirmed.
