Return Policy

At Pipeline Roast Co., we stand behind everything we roast and design. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

What Can’t Be Returned
    •    Coffee & Perishables: Since coffee is perishable, we’re not able to accept returns once it leaves our roastery.
    •    Custom Products & Apparel: All of our apparel (like T-shirts, hoodies, and other merch) is made to order and considered custom. For this reason, these items can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s a defect or printing error.

Shipping Issues
    •    Lost or Stolen Packages: If your order goes missing after it’s shipped, the best first step is to work directly with the delivery service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We’ll gladly provide any details needed to help with your claim.

If Something’s Wrong
    •    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right because of our mistake, reach out within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll work with you on a solution — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or another fair fix. Please contact us within 30 days for Merch (T Shirts & Accessories).

No Returns, Just Results: Coffee and custom gear (like our T-shirts) are made fresh for you — once they ship, they’re yours. But if something shows up wrong, busted, or not up to our standards, we’ll step in and make it right.
